    铜覆钢接地极是接地极强度与抗腐蚀性能的完美结合,是接地效果佳、成本低、施工方便的接地极。由于电流的集肤效应,导电能力强,抗腐蚀性能极佳,而且由于所使用的钢材具有极高的抗张强度,可以直接打入地下。产品性能完全达到美国UL467-2004标准。

1.  产品简介 Product introduction
铜覆钢接地极是一种双金属复合材料,是将铜与钢两种金属通过特殊工艺加工而成的复合导体。该导体既有钢的高强度、优异的弹性、较大的热阻,又有铜的良好导电性能和优良的抗腐蚀性能。
Copper clad steel earth electrode is a bimetal composite material which is a composite conductor formed by the processing of copper and steel through special technologies. This conductor possesses high strength, excellent flexibility, relatively large thermal resistance and favorable electric conductivity of copper and optimized anti-corrosion performance.
铜覆钢接地极是接地极强度与抗腐蚀性能的完美结合,是接地效果佳、成本低、施工方便的接地极。由于电流的集肤效应,导电能力强,抗腐蚀性能极佳,而且由于所使用的钢材具有极高的抗张强度,可以直接打入地下。产品性能完全达到美国UL467-2004标准。
Copper clad steel earth electrode is a combination of mechanical strength and anti-corrosion performance, an earth electrode that has a favorable earthing effect and is lower in cost, convenient when applied in construction. This product is casted by 99.9% pure copper raw material through the adhesion of molecular structure onto medium and low carbon steel core. Due to the skin effect in which electric current flows throughout the conductor, the electric conductivity proves to be strong and the anti-corrosion performance is extremely favorable. Meanwhile, the steel applied has an extremely high tensile strength, and the vertical earth electrode can directly be driven into the ground.

2.  铜覆钢生产工艺 Copper clad steel production technique
  电镀法——铜层结合度好,接触电阻≤0.1mΩ;抗拉强度≥600N/mm2;弯曲30度,不会出现破裂、翘皮、脱层现象。
  Electroplating-copper layers are bonded favorably; contact resistance ≤0.1mΩ; tensile strength≥600N/mm2; Bending at 30 degree; no fracture, peeling off and delamination phenomenon
  连铸法——生产成本低、铜层厚度高,多用于铜覆钢圆线,很少用于铜覆钢接地极。
  Strip Casting-low in production cost, high copper layer thickness, frequently applied for copper-clad steel round wire and seldom for copper-clad steel earth electrode.

3. 导电性能 Electric conductivity performance
以铜的导电率为100%,铜覆钢绞线的导电率为30%, 铜覆钢接地极的导电率为20%,而镀锌钢的导电率只有8.6%。铜覆钢接地极是镀锌钢导电率的2.3倍。加上铜的磁导率是钢的1/636,在雷电高频电流情况下,镀铜钢接地体的冲击接地电阻比镀锌钢好得多。
Electric conductivity for copper is 100%, for copper-clad steel wire strand is 30%, for copper-clad steel earth electrode is 20% while for galvanized steel is only 8.6%. Copper-clad steel earth electrode has an electric conductivity 2.3 times of the galvanized steel. In addition, copper has a magnetic conductivity 1/636 of the steel. Under the lightening high frequency current, copper plated steel earth lead has a superior impulse earthing resistance than the galvanized steel.

4. 截面积用量
铜的熔点为1083˚C,短路时最高允许温度为450˚C;铜覆钢熔点为1084˚C,短时允许温度为450˚C;而钢的熔点为1510˚C,短路时最高允许温度为400˚C。因此,接地体截面相同时,铜材热稳定性较好。同等热稳定性能时,镀锌钢接地体所需的截面积为铜材的3倍,是铜覆钢的2倍。如:
When the circuit is shorted, copper with a melting point of 1083°C has a maximum allowable temperature for 450°C; copper-clad steel with a melting point of 1084°C has an allowed temperature of 450°C while steel with a melting point of 1510˚C has a maximum allowable temperature for 400˚C. Therefore, when the earth lead section plane is the same, copper materials have a more favorable stability. When the thermal stability performance is the same, galvanized steel demands for a cross section area 3 times of the copper materials and 2 times of the copper-clad steel. E.g.
传统接地材料的截面积≥160mm2,铜材最小截面积≥160/3≈60mm2就可以满足要求;铜覆钢最小截面积≥160/2 ≈80mm2就可以满足要求。铜覆钢接地极最小选用RPJ004-14,截面积为154mm2;铜覆钢绞线最小选用95mm2。
Cross section area of traditional earthing materials is ≥160mm2 while for copper materials ≥160/3≈60mm2 minimum cross section area can naturally satisfy the requirement and for copper ≥160/2 ≈80mm2. RPJ004-14 with a cross section area of 154mm2 is the minimum selection for copper-clad steel earth lead and for copper-clad steel wire strand 95mm2 is the minimum one.
