1. 产品简介 Product introduction
防腐离子接地体是由电极单元、高能回填料和防护罩三部分组成。根据不同接地环境的要求,防腐离子接地体分为直轴型和“L”轴型两大类。产品完全达到UL467、BS6651、IEEE等国际标准。
Anti-corrosive ionic earth lead is the most advanced earthing material worldwide with the most favorable resistance reducing, current discharge and anti-corrosion effect, the most stabilized earthing resistance and the maximum service lifespan. This product has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification. Anti-corrosive ionic earth lead is composed by electrode unit, high energy backfill material and protective casing. In accordance with the requirement for different earthing conditions, anti-corrosive ionic earth leads are divided into straight shaft and “L” shaft types. Products have completely met with the international standards including UL467、BS6651、IEEE.

3.  降阻原理 Principle of resistance reduction
接地体接地电阻是以下几部分组成:
Earth lead earthing electrical resistance is composed by the followings:
(1)土壤电阻,即从接地极处土壤向远处扩散的电流所经过的路径的电阻;
(1) Soil electrical resistance, viz. , with the presence of earth electrode in soil and the current diffusing therefrom to yonder, the electrical resistance throughout said path;
(2)土壤和接地体之间的接触电阻;
(2) Contact resistance between the soil and earth lead;
(3)接地体本身的电阻。
(3) Electrical resistance of the earth lead itself
接地有一项重要的技术指标就是接地装置的接地电阻,其阻值大小常由四个方面的因素构成:
One significant technical parameter for earthing is naturally the earth resistance of the grounding device whose resistance value is constituted by four factors:
R1:引线的电阻(包括引线与接地装置的连接电阻);
Electrical resistance of lead wire (including the lead wire and connection resistance of grounding device);
R2:组成接地装置本身的导体电阻;
Electrical resistance of the conductor itself constituting the grounding device;
R3:接地装置与土壤的接触电阻;
Contact resistance of grounding device with soil;
R4:土壤的散流电阻。

一般来说,R1、R2极小,特别是高土壤电阻率地区可以忽略。因此一个接地装置的接地电阻实际主要由接地装置与土壤的接触电阻R3及土壤的散流电阻R4组成,即:
Generally speaking, the minimal R1, R2 especially in areas of high soil electrical resistance can be ignored. Thereby the earthing resistance of a earthing device is actually composed by earthing device, soil contact resistance R3 and soil dispersed resistance R4, viz.:
               R= R3+ R4   (2)

电极单元具有以下优点:Electrode unit possesses the following features:
※装置内部介质能缓慢地向周围土壤释放导电离子,降低周围的土壤电阻率,接地电阻几乎不随季节变化而改变,稳定性高,无需日常维护。
Device internal medium can slowly release conductive ions to the surrounding soil to reduce the electric resistivity of surrounding soil. Earthing resistance seldom changes with the changing season and is highly stabilized which rules out the need for daily maintenance.

Electrode unit adopts the corrosion resisting material and has gone through the special anti-corrosion treatment to have an extended service lifespan assured.

Electrode unit adopts material of low magnetic permeability which is able to efficiently reduce the direct lightning induced pulse attack.
※接地效果优异,占地面积少,施工工程量小,节约材料,便于检查,主要适用于高土壤电阻率地区和建筑物密集的城市。

高能回填料的优点:Merits of high energy backfill material
※极高的导电性(调浆后电阻率≤ 0.5Ω·m)。
Extremely high electric conductivity (resistivity after pulp conditioning ≤ 0.5Ω·m)
※极强的吸水和保水能力,进一步改善接地系统的性能。
Exceedingly strong water absorption and water-retaining abilities which is designed to further enhance the performance of earthing system.
※以离子交换能力强的物理化学物质为主体,与周围土壤紧密结合,从而增大导电泄流面积,并与土壤构成了良好的电气通路。
Physical and chemical substance with stronger ion exchange ability serves as the principle agent to be bonded closely with the soil thereby to have enlarged electric conductive and current discharge areas and to have constituted better electric pathway.
