1.  产品简介
物理接地模块是为了适应现代电气、通信、微电子设施接地研制的。它是我公司在接地技术上又一强势产品,具有物理降阻剂特性,无毒、无腐、无环境污染,已用于各个接地领域,远销国内外。
该物理接地模块为高效低电阻物理接地模块,采用经防腐处理的金属支架为电极芯,以高导电石墨粉和含电解质导电物的硅酸盐为主要原料,再经高压压制成型,最后经陈化处理的无机接地体。
具有降阻剂同等降阻效果,且施工更为方便。远优于钢铁接地体的效果,其原因在于金属电极与高铝硅酸盐形成高致密层,可防止包括海水在内的一切腐蚀介质的侵蚀。复合降阻层为非金属物理导电物,当水分充足时,电解液使模块表面浸润,增加与土壤有效接触面,使接触电阻减小,有利于泄流降阻;当干旱无水时物理性导电物仍发挥其降阻效果,而钢材接地体无此特性也没有很好的抗腐蚀能力。
To cater to modern electric earthing, communication grounding and microelectronic facility earthing,   this physical earthing module is hereby developed.   As a technologically pre-eminent earthing product, it is endowed with features of the physical resistance reducer that are non-toxic, non-corrosive, environmental friendly. With a universal application in each earthing field, it is marketed to overseas and at home. It is a highly efficient physical earthing module with low electric resistance. Metal support through the anti-corrosive treatment is adopted as the electrode core rod. High conductivity electric graphite powder and electrolyte-bearing conductive substance silicate serve as the main materials. It is as an inorganic ground connector after having been molded into shape under high pressure and having gone through the final aging treatment. It possesses the equivalent resistance reducing effect with physical resistance reducing agent and gives more convenience for construction. Corroding prevention against all the corrosive mediums including sea water by the highly densified layer formed from metal electrode and high aluminium silicate is responsible for its far superior effect comparing with steel ground connector.  Composite resistance reducing layer is of non-metallic physical conductive substances, when the water content is sufficient, electrolytic solution is saturated on the module surface which has increased the effective contact area with soil and reduced the contact resistance favorable for the resistance reducing through the current discharge. When encountering drought and waterlessness, physical conductive substance still fulfills its resistance reducing effect while this property is excluded from steel ground connector as well as the anti-corrosive ability.

  使用寿命长:
  高效低电阻物理接地模块是将无机导电材料经高压压制到金属电极芯上,形成高致密层,可防止腐蚀气体和一切腐蚀介质的侵蚀,具有较强的防腐性,保证产品的寿命达50年以上。
  A long service lifespan; high effective low electric resistance physical earthing module is used to enable the inorganic electrically conductive material to be pressed onto the metallic electrode core rod under a high pressure to form the highly densified layer to avoid the erosion of corrosive gas and medium; a relatively strong anti-corrosion property to assure the product lifespan to be extended by more than 50 years.
  降阻效果好:
  以物理导电物为主,导体表面有很多微孔,外表面大,增加与土壤有效接触面,使接地电阻减小,有利于泄流降阻。
  Favorable resistance reducing effect: mainly are the physical electrically conductive substances; conductor surface is filled with micro-pores; the external large surface has increased the effective contact area with soil to reduce the earthing electric resistance and thereby to be favorable for the resistance diminishing through electric current discharge.
  电阻稳定性高:
  采用高导电石墨粉为主要材料,其导电性能随土壤水分变化较小,当干旱无水时物理性导电物仍发挥其降阻效果,接地电阻稳定性高。
  High electric resistance stability: high conductivity electric graphite powder is adopted as the main material, and it changes less with the varying soil water content. When encountering drought and waterlessness, physical conductive substance still fulfills its resistance reducing effect with a high grounding electric resistance stability.
